To make an appointment, call the ENT Call Center at (352) 265-0920 or (800) 749-7424 x 50920 between 8 AM and 5 PM Eastern Standard Time.
Referring Physicians
If you would like to refer a patient to our practice and would like to schedule an appointment, you may do so by calling our call center at (352) 265-0920.
If you prefer to speak to a physician regarding a patient prior to scheduling an appointment, you may call the academic office at (352) 273-5199 and ask to speak to his/her secretary.
